The bride and groom are obviously the happiest people during a wedding. But there are also other people who are happy not only for the couple but for themselves as well. Among these is the mother of the bride.

A mother seeing her daughter or son walk down the aisle and take his his/her vow of eternal love is both a happy and sad moment for her. It is happy since her child has been very lucky to find that kind of love but sad as well because this means that she is her baby no more.
