Pampering Tips Before the Wedding Day

1. Book a spa appointment. Have your hair and nails done. Go for a luxurious body scrub or a comforting massage.
2. Have a heart-to-heart talk with your parents. Seek advice regarding love, parenting, and maintaining a family.
3. Eat a balanced diet. Eat stress-relieving foods, and do away with junk food and greasy food. Avoid water retention by drinking plenty of water and doing away with salty food.
4. Have a quick getaway. Go to the nearest resort/house where you can unwind and be free of worries. Clear your mind of negative thoughts and focus on the positive ones instead
