Foods to Avoid On Your Wedding Week

You have to be careful with your diet especially when your wedding day is nearing. You’ll never know when problems might arise and it might disrupt a great wedding. You have to look and feel comfortable on your big day, and it’s not just about how you wear your casual wedding dress or how you put your hair and makeup on. You should also feel good from the inside, so I have some tips on the foods you might avoid for the meantime.

Dairy

– Limit your intake if your stomach is easily reactive towards these kinds of products.

Fried foods

– Like dairy, these foods may cause an unsettled stomach and flatulence. Besides, they may trigger weight gain too.

Caffeine

– The acidity of the coffee might give your stomach a hard time, so try to avoid it even only days before the wedding.

Soy

– Be careful when eating soy-containing foods; they may cause allergic reactions in some cases.

Foods with additives

– The artificial content of these products may trigger hives and other form of allergies, aside from unsettled stomach.
